Ultrasuede Show Chaps

Our ultrasuede show chaps are unlike anything else on the market. A double layer of ultrasuede adds durability, without sacrificing comfort or fit. No more zippers to fight with! These chaps have enough stretch to fit like a glove, with only a small inset of elastic at the thigh.  The belt buckle provided is completely removable, so that you can add your own special buckle with ease. Available with a scalloped edge or a fringe....your choice.

The biggest difference in these chaps, though, is the inset design made of liquid metal.  It is created using a method called stained-glass or reverse applique.  Each design is hand cut and placed manually before being machine-stitched painstakingly to prevent the fraying of either fabric. A single button concho in the back is covered in the same liquid metal as the inset design. These chaps are truly an example of wearable art.

There are, at present, three designs available in a variety of colours. They are, from left to right:

 The liquid metal is available in:

emerald, gold, silver, ruby, amethyst, pink topaz  and sapphire.

 All designs are available in the following six ultrasuede colours:

fawn, forest green, brick red, charcoal, chocolate and cream.

youth:           children's size 12-14     upper thigh: 18"

ladies small:       size 10-12        upper thigh:  22"

ladies medium:  size  12-14    upper thigh: 24"

ladies large:        size 14-16           upper thigh:  28"

Matching Ultrasuede Vests

Our matching ultrasuede vests are fully lined and feature the same designs and fabrics as the chaps described above. The buttons are covered in liquid metal to match the design.

They, too, are available in four sizes:

ladies large   16 - 18

The vests are available for $75.00 plus GST.

Liquid Metal Slinkies

Our matching liquid metal slinkies are available in the same four sizes as the ultrasuede vests. If purchased alone, the cost is $25.00 plus GST, but if you purchase a set of chaps and vest, the slinky will also be sent to you at no charge.
